Feet and castorsThe end frameworks are fully welded. Horizontal rails and shoetrays are bolted into the units during assembly on site. Stainless steel fixings are provided.
Seats and shelves are produced from sustainable European white beech slats 32 x 75mm and finished with a clear acid-catalysed lacquer. Aluminium seating slats are available for the toughest of environments or where a high level of humidity is present. Shoetrays are made from heavy duty angle frame and 3mm wire mesh. The finish of the range is powder coated in colour combinations from the RAL range. Timber slats are trimmed on site to the exact length to fit the desired space. There is an extensive range of accessories to complement the VZ range. These include a security locking system and hanger numbering options. On installation seat and shelf corner slats are mitred on site and steel plates are supplied to support the mitred joints. If shoetrays are required they stop at the seat supports nearest the corners.
