Binns Variset Elliptical Range

A range of changing room and cloakroom wall mounted and free-standing benches designed for leisure changing areas, reception and waiting areas. Units can also be used externally.

Binns Variset VZ Range

A high performance range of seating and hanging equipment designed for changing rooms and cloakrooms. See clause 210 to specify the Binns VZ hooks and coat racks.

Binns Variset Elliptical Range

The products can be designed to achieve continuous seat tops by having the slats mitred at external and internal corners. Island units can be integrated into wall units in the same way.

Materials:

Seating frames are laser cut and hand finished from 8 mm high quality mild steel or grade 316 stainless steel. Seat tops are heavy duty extruded aluminium.

Finishes:

Stainless steel frames can be satin finished, polished or coated in polyester or nylon. Mild steel frames can be coated in polyester or nylon.

Aluminium Seat tops:

Satin anodised (SAA), polished or coated in polyester or nylon. Padded vinyl upholstery is available with colour choice as well as upholstered Connelly leather.

Binns Variset VZ Range

A high performance range of seating and hanging equipment designed for changing rooms and cloakrooms. The products can be designed to achieve continuous seat tops by having the slats mitred at external and internal corners. Island units can be integrated into wall units in the same way. See clause 210 to specify the Binns VZ hooks and coat racks.

Framework:

Hollow section flat oval heavy gauge steel tube, fully welded assembly.

Seats:

32 x 75 mm sustainable European White Beech slats, finished with clear acid-catalysed lacquer. Aluminium slats of the same section are available for wet and corrosive environments.

Shoe trays:

Welded steel angle frame with heavy duty mesh insert.

Hangers:

6 mm diameter steel rod, available in stainless steel. Also available in Mild Steel finished in polyester or nylon.

Hooks:

W type coat hooks: 56mm projection x 72mm high.
H type hat and coat hooks: 110mm projection x 85mm high
R type reverse coat hooks: hat and coat hook reverse mounted on an aluminium shield. 114mm projection x 142mm high.

Finishes:

Framework - Can be coated with polyester or nylon. There is an option of galvanising under the powder coating in order to avoid problems associated with wet or corrosive environments. Aluminium seat slats are coated in polyester or nylon.
